We're Leaving Tomorrow!

This will be our last post from China we are leaving for the airport tomorrow at 5:30 A.M. (China time). The bags are packed, the shopping is done and we are anxious to come home. We can't wait to sleep in our own beds, eat American food, see our friends and show off our beautiful new daughter. Most of all we can't wait to see Matt, Josh and Andrew. We miss the three of you more than you can imagine. It won't be long now. We love you!!! See you soon,

Scott & Kelley, we can't wait to meet Marygrace! We're so excited! Sheehan watched the video of the boy with cochlear implants singing, eight times in a row. He was mesmerized. Much like the time he saw Marygrace's video that one time. See you soon!

Scott and Kelley and The Whole Family of SIX at the Seafield Home,

We are so excited to meet sweet Marygrace. The pictures bring tears to my eyes and Michael won't let me look too long or he thinks I might get some ideas...

She is absolutely beautiful and again, an amazing blessing to add to the three super blessings you have at home. Each of your children were perfectly chosen by God to be the addition he wanted in every way. How fun to be able to see throughout your life what each child was created for...

We love you and will give you a little bit of time before we come calling. Is one day enough of down time for your family? :)

Our prayers will continue to be with you as your journey, I believe, has just begun!

How exciting for you! She is just the cutest ever! I think it is so great that you have adopted a Chinese girl. My dad says that unfortunately, girls are abandoned much more than boys in their culture (my dad is Chinese). What a blessing she will be to your family.

I wanted to say hi, and also give you a heads up. I have a brand-new Radio Flyer Tiny trike that I would like to give Marygrace. We received it as a gift, but we have one already. It is perfect for her age (and won't hurt your floors, Kelly :)) I will send it on with Cara next time I see her for Marygrace.

Gee, she's just so cute--I want to run out and buy all kinds of girly clothes.

Take care,

Jody (Cara's best friend)
